Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KillerSMM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

KillerSMM provides social media marketing services (followers, views, engagement, etc.) for various platforms, purchased using a prepaid wallet balance funded via INR or USDT. Service availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally permitted to use the target accounts/links you submit for orders (you must own them or have authorization to promote them).

4. Wallet & Payments

• Funds deposited to your wallet are shown in USD equivalent based on the exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Manual deposits (bank transfer/UPI, USDT wallet transfer) are reviewed and credited by our team, typically within 24 hours.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts and non-withdrawable as cash, except where a refund is issued per Section 5.

5. Order Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders are fulfilled through upstream service providers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• If an order cannot be delivered or is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your wallet.
• Orders may be cancelled before processing completes if the service supports cancellation; a proportional refund is issued for any undelivered quantity.
• We are not responsible for drops in delivered quantity (e.g. follower unfollows) caused by the target platform, except where the ordered service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate the terms of service of the target social media platform
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell the Service in a manner that violates these Terms without using our official Reseller API

Violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining wallet balance obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform, at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using marketing services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
